One thing that stood out during our stay at Kyoto Rich Hotel was the convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised to find that famous temples and Kyoto Station were only a short bus ride away. It made exploring the city a breeze.

Located in a convenient area near public transportation, it's easy to get around and explore the nearby attractions. the hotel staff is helpful, and guests can borrow bicycles for free until 9 pm. Guests can also find convenience stores nearby and have a decent breakfast.

The hotel's facilities and room equipment are outdated and in need of an update.

Great value hotel near the heart of the city. Clean rooms, good facilities and easy access to transport, including nearby bus stops and subway stations. Helpful staff and a delicious breakfast buffet available for an additional charge.

Nothing is perfect.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The price was great for what I got. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the cleaning service made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Gojo entertainment area and some other interesting sites. The room was comfortable, with a good view and in good condition. The breakfast was also delicious and a nice bonus!

Spent my new year at a hotel in Japan and it was amazing. The hotel was located conveniently close to major shopping districts and had excellent bus connectivity. The staff was friendly and accommodated all my requests. The New Year's buffet was delicious with a great selection of Japanese dishes and traditional New Year foods. The hotel had Koi fish in the lobby which was a pleasant highlight.

The room was a little cramped and some of the amenities like the shower curtains could definitely use an upgrade. the bed was a little springy and not very comfortable.

On the negative side, the bathroom was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the lack of an extractor fan made it feel stuffy and damp at times.
